Linar came to me with a vision: a cupcake “gift” for each of her guests! Some of the biggest fears I hear
from clients is that their creation will go unnoticed or uneaten. The two things I recommend doing to avoid
these tragedies are perfectly represented here: 1) display the creation in a prominent place, and
2) leave room in the menu for the cupcake or slice of cake. Linar and Scott’s gorgeous gifts were a tremendous success:
they were presented on each plate and guests had the delightful option of savouring it when they were ready – after dinner,
later in the evening or even the next day. Now that’s what I call “A Good Thing”!
