Confession: I can’t keep fresh flowers alive for more than a couple days. I can however make sugar flowers that last a lifetime. So I have a brown thumb in the garden and a green one in the kitchen. It’s working out fine.
So this collection was inspired in part by my dream to become an master gardener (for sure no), and unceasing passion for sugar art (for sure yes). Industry colleague and talented wedding photographer Mary Clark of Lemon Fresh Designs lent her incredible skills for this shoot and Sheridan Nurseries provided the perfect backdrop for the project.
The best part? No. Watering. Required.
